Hospitality
Our goal is to welcome everyone and embarrass no one. Because a first impression is very important, our hospitality ministry works hard to make you glad you came to Embrace within the first few minutes you are with us. This ministry sets up and tears down the Welcome Center each Sunday which features our coffee, bottled water, and free breakfast items like donut holes and yogurt. The folks who work with this ministry will be ready at the door to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

Embrace Crew
Embrace is a "portable" church currently meeting in an arts and events center in the Southside of Chattanooga. For this reason, the set-up crew arrives at 8:00 a.m. to turn the arts and events center into an effective worship environment for Embrace Church. They unload the cars and boxes, set up the instruments, stage, and lights, and they get everything hooked up, wired, and ready to go for a great service. When the service is over at 12:15 p.m., the tear-down crew stays until about 1:30 p.m. to pack up the equipment, load up the cars, and clean up the arts and events center.

Music & Worship
Great music is very important to us. Every Sunday, a very talented band will lead you in a time of intelligent, passionate praise and worship. Our worship band is led by singer, songwriter, and guitar player Adam Bolin. Our music is loud, heartfelt, true to the teachings of the Bible, and a brilliant combination of Embrace/Adam Bolin originals, new and contemporary worship songs, and even a few old favorites (but not many)
There are currently some open positions with our band including lead guitar player and bass player. We also need people to work behind the scenes in this ministry such as sound techs and stage hands.

Theater & Production
One of our goals is to show people that there is no tension between the Christian faith and the fine arts. There are many powerful ways to communicate the truths of the Bible. One of these is through a creative theater ministry. At Embrace, be ready for some great live productions and media presentations. Be ready to see the absurd, the funny, the serious, the sad, the surprising, the meaningful and even the meaningless.

Kids
One of the driving reasons behind the launch of Embrace Church is to help people in their 20s discover - or rediscover - how meaningful church can be. Because so many people in their 20s are starting their families, it is important to us to welcome kids with arms wide open. We are not a church that worries about kids getting in the way or messing up our facilities. Each Sunday morning, we have a fun and safe place for your kids ages 6 months to 6 years to play and learn in their own way while you enjoy the service. Your children older than 6 are welcome to join you in the main service - we have things planned to make sure they enjoy themselves too.

Teenagers
Embrace Church loves teenagers. They are full of questions, sometimes full of hurt, but very often full of dreams and untapped potential. We want to see teenagers live happy, fulfilled, and dream-driven lives which we believe begins with God. Starting in the summer of 2008, look for us to offer an environment for teenagers that is their own safe place - to learn about Christ, to worship, to be themselves, and to have fun.
